As Head of QA/Release, product-owned the Remote Device Lab: physical smart headphones made remotely testable for integration testing with a mobile app - solving the hardest problem in wearable QA, where real Bluetooth hardware normally demands a device on your desk.

Introduced agentic QA in August 2025, before agent frameworks went mainstream: a 24/7 agent (LLM + Playwright + Jira) that turns natural-language requirements into executable test suites, plus AI-driven validation for synthetic-data generation - at a GenAI company, where the bar for “AI that actually works” is the product itself.
