Kentrum

Give a business and its digital team one place to see what needs attention and take the next step.

The problem

A dashboard is only useful if the work behind its numbers stays connected. Enquiries need ownership, content needs an approval trail, and provider metrics need honest definitions and dates.

My part

Product, design and application engineering. The cover comes from the selected Blisko design demo, with explicitly fictional data; it is not a screenshot of production customer activity.

What this shows

I can turn a collection of client-service workflows into an integrated product with clear ownership, permissions and trustworthy reporting.

Where it started

Kentrum grew from a client-management portal into an invitation-only business workspace. The application is deployed at kentrum.com and kentrum.eu, with English, German and French interfaces.

The decisions behind the product

Connect conversations to action

I built a shared inbox for website chat and configured SMS/WhatsApp channels. Assignments, private notes, saved replies and lead stages keep the context with the conversation.

Bring the client into the workflow

I carried requests, content review, publication status, website analytics and access management into one project workspace. Approval is a distinct step from actually publishing content.

Make reporting reflect the available evidence

Post insights retain provider timestamps and distinguish missing, unsupported and stale observations from real zero values. Comparisons use matching metrics and actual observation windows.

What came out of the work

One implemented workspace

The deployed application joins the inbox, lead stages, publishing workflow and reporting behind invitation-only access. Three messaging channel types and three interface languages are supported in source.

A reviewable client experience

The visual demo uses fictional projects and browser-local interactions so the interface can be shown without exposing customer conversations or accounts. Paid adoption, faster responses and revenue effects have not been measured in this review.

Inside the implementation

Explore the features, architecture and quality checks

What I built

  • A business overview with lead activity, unread conversations and published or scheduled content
  • A shared inbox for website chat and configured Twilio SMS/WhatsApp channels, with assignments, tags, private notes and saved replies
  • Project-scoped leads with stages and acquisition-source fields
  • Content review and approval workflows that keep approval separate from publication
  • Provider-backed post insights with timestamps and explicit unavailable or stale states
  • Website analytics, search visibility, domain and access workflows in the same workspace
  • Invitation-only access and English, German and French interfaces

How it works

  1. Capture the enquiryA configured website chat or messaging channel brings the conversation into the project inbox.
  2. Assign the next stepA team member takes ownership, adds internal context and follows the lead's stage.
  3. Review the workThe client reviews content or requests a change before a separate publication action.
  4. Read the resultThe workspace presents available provider observations with their dates and measurement definitions.

Quality and reliability

  • Project permissions apply to conversations, provider mappings and performance observations
  • Website visitors receive scoped chat tokens; internal notes stay outside the visitor conversation
  • Missing or unsupported provider data is distinct from a real zero
  • Post comparisons use matching metric definitions and actual observation timestamps
  • Messaging requires configured credentials and explicit user action; this review sent no messages
