The problem

The content was scattered and often available only in English. The site needed to give newcomers a clear path while keeping its two language editions and search metadata consistent.

My part

Solo product, implementation and search-structure work.

What this shows

I can give a broad content idea a useful information structure and carry it through localization and release.

Where it started

VibeCoding is a Polish and English hub for people exploring AI-assisted coding. It brings explanations, starting points, tools, companies and events into one structure.

The decisions behind the product

Design around discovery

I organized tools, reviews, guides and related companies into linked sections, with a dedicated page for each tool.

Use one content structure for two languages

Polish and English routes share content modules that also generate structured data, language alternates and the sitemap.

Take it through deployment

I handled the implementation and production domain move, including checks of redirects, indexing files and canonical addresses.

What came out of the work

A browsable resource

The checked site contained 39 AI coding tools, 33 companies and six events, organized across 22 content sections.

A live bilingual foundation

The live sitemap contained 300 URLs in the October 2026 check. The domain recorded 140 Google search clicks across April to September; this is early search reach, not a measure of tool adoption.

Domain property: vibecoding.pl (all subdomains). Provider timezone: America/Los_Angeles.

  • Six complete calendar months: 1 April to 30 September 2026. Current is September; comparison baseline is April. Both comparison months have 30 days. This is not a comparison against the preceding six months.
  • Final web-search data, all countries and devices, America/Los_Angeles reporting timezone. Search clicks are not website visits or unique visitors.
  • Domain properties include all subdomains with property aggregation. Documentation pages retain exact page filters from the preceding evidence collection and measure documentation interest, not adoption.
  • Monthly chart values and the six-month total are reconciled with independently queried totals.
  • The percentage, where shown, compares September 2026 with April 2026, the last and first complete months of this window.
  • April has fewer than 100 events, so absolute counts are shown without a percentage growth claim.
  • For fewer than 100 events in the baseline period, the comparison shows absolute counts instead of a percentage.

Inside the implementation

Explore the features, architecture and quality checks

What I built

  • Next.js 15 App Router site with Polish and English routes (next-intl) across 22 content sections
  • A directory of 39 AI coding tools with a page each, plus 33 companies and 6 events
  • Reviews and guides published in both languages
  • A home page waitlist for 7 AI agent skill packs at PLN 9.99 each
  • JSON-LD, hreflang alternates and a sitemap generated from the same content modules
  • Moved the apex and www domains onto the production project through the Vercel API, with no DNS change

How it works

  1. Content modulesTools, companies, events and articles are typed TypeScript modules in the repo.
  2. Localized routesnext-intl maps every page to a Polish URL and an /en URL.
  3. App Router pagesNext.js 15 renders each section from those modules.
  4. Sitemap and JSON-LDsitemap.ts builds every URL from the same modules, with hreflang alternates.
  5. VercelProduction runs on Vercel; www redirects to the apex.

Quality and reliability

  • CI on every push and pull request to main and develop: Biome lint and a strict TypeScript typecheck
  • Live checks after the domain move: apex answers 200, www 301-redirects to it, sitemap.xml and robots.txt answer 200
